Appointments

Appointments can be made by telephone or in person. You will be offered the first available appointment with your doctor. We will endeavour to offer an appointment within 24 hours of a request, but this may not be with the doctor of your choice.  In some instances it is possible to book and cancel your appointments online.  Please ask a receptionist to register you for online access.

Telephone Availability

If you wish to speak with a doctor or nurse, please contact reception who will arrange a suitable time for you to speak with someone.

Training

Occasionally a student intending to become a healthcare professional may be present in your consultation but you will be advised of this at the time.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
