Repeat Prescriptions

If you have a repeat prescription you can post your slip at the surgery or give it to the receptionist before you run out.

We also accept orders online via the link at the top of this page. You will need to ask reception to register you for online access first.

A new prescription will be ready 48 hours later (please remember this doesn’t include bank holidays or weekends).

We can post the new prescription to you if you forward a stamped, addressed envelope.  We discourage patients from telephoning the surgery for repeat medication, as this can lead to errors.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
